A therapeutic group program for women who want to finally befriend their bodies.

As someone who’s dealt with disordered eating since middle school, I totally get it.

How many times have you thought to yourself, nobody understands how terrifying dinner time is

Or felt totally in despair, if only other women had to work out as much as you do?

And underneath it all is that constant desire to simply be understood, I wish someone out there knew what this suffering felt like...

This is exactly why I created Nourish to Flourish, to remind you that you're not alone and you deserve to feel at home in your body.

To flourish in our lives, we have to nourish ourselves. For me, nourishment is the ability to have a lifestyle that supports overall well-being. So yes, food is the big one! But there are other forms of nourishment that are equally important to our happiness and well-being.

In this program, we explore four key forms of nourishment that I’ve found most helpful for women with disordered eating. Communication, connection, self-care, and self-regulation. These things empower us to feel safe and trust the relationship we have with our body, which then sets us up to flourish in our lives.

Nourish to Flourish is for you if…

Over the course of this group program, we will use yoga, mindfulness, and group discussion to notice the way we feel in our bodies, and how those feelings influence how we engage with food. Each week you’ll have the support of a home practice and on-demand group access for sharing your growth to greater well-being. By the end of the program you’ll have a set of tools and resources to reduce suffering in your life and a group of women to support you along the way.

Nuts and bolts.

 

 

These weekly, two-hour sessions are an immersion into movement, mindfulness, group discussion and at-home practices so that you can step into your life and flourish.

Weekly sessions include:

  • A live theme-based trauma-informed therapeutic yoga class to dive deeper into your relationship with your body physically followed by a group integration and group discussion to build on your growth and transformation class to class, week to week.

  • 1 day, virtual retreat (don’t worry if this is new to you, I’ll give you everything you need to have a rewarding experience!)

In addition to weekly sessions, you’ll also get the following:

  • Pre-recorded weekly meditations and theme-based classes to practice at home - you keep these forever!

  • Self-care and home practices to support your overall well-being

  • Access to private discussion group to stay connected with group members throughout the program - no more “going it alone”!
