Regularly scheduled (virtual or in-person) 1-on-1 Yoga Therapy sessions based uniquely on your goals for redefining your relationship with your body
Specific action steps support your growth and progress session to session
Support between sessions for all those “ah-ha” moments that will naturally come as you step out of your comfort zone
