Yoga Therapy for Women with Disordered Eating

Transform your relationship with your body. Find mindfulness at mealtime. Love your life again.

As a Yoga Therapist, I offer you a patient and compassionate space for healing and transformation and help you create a life that nourishes you inside and out.

Hey there, I’m Lillie.

I help women just like you navigate eating disorders and disordered eating.

I believe wholeheartedly that we all deserve to feel great in our bodies and great about ourselves. If you’ve landed on this page, my guess is that you are experiencing stress either around your relationship with food or your body, or both.

I know what it’s like to struggle with situations that feel too embarrassing to admit… fear of social events (What will I wear? What will I eat? Will I gain weight?), spending way too much time looking through the pantry and freezer (What should I eat? What shouldn’t I eat?) and using food as a way to self-soothe and avoid your emotions.

Here’s the thing: what you ate for breakfast does not determine your self-worth. And how much you weigh has nothing to do with how lovable you are.

Here’s how I can help you.

I’ve dedicated my practice to helping women who wish to befriend their bodies.

Whether your relationship with food is a result of anxiety and depression, a life-changing event, or a battle you can't remember ever not fighting, I’ll support you in reclaiming your power and feeling more comfortable in your own skin. I use a variety of evidence-based tools, including movement, mindfulness, and dialogue with self-reflection, all informed by your specific needs and circumstances.

If you’re ready to transform your relationship with your body, I invite you to learn more and schedule a free connection call.

Work with me.
